Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched on the day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail If you prefer delivery by Royal Mail Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

• If you place your order before 2pm on a weekday,it will be made and posted by Anne L'Or London on the same day. Your parcel should arrive the next day. Anne l'Or London will sent you your tracking number.

We do our best to satisfy your.
However, if you are unhappy with any purchase, we will try to assist you as much as possible.
As your purchase will have been made through distance selling methods (i.e. via the internet), you are entitled by law to cancel the order within twenty-eight days after receiving the goods. This is known as a 'cooling off' period.
If you intend to return goods under this provision, you are required to advise us in writing (by email at annelor@annelor.com or letter) within th 28 days and to take reasonable care of the item(s) while in your control. Should you decide to do this, we will endeavour to provide you with a full refund as soon as possible.
They need to be returned with their original packaging and dispatch note and we will be happy to refund your order.
Please note, if an exchange is required, your order will need to be refunded and a new order will be placed. Please contact our Customer Service Team and they’ll be happy to help you with this.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.
We can neither exchange or returns personalised items.

We highly recommend that you send your order back to us via royal mail's special delivery for security purposes. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.
